"My insurance quote stared at around $179mo. in Apr 2025..I think I paid this amount 2x since then,, was $209 for few months, then $190 few more months. asked if I could pay in full or twice at year to save some money, NO same price!! Good thing there're plenty of fish in the sea. From about $2300.00 at year from STATE FARM.. Just switched Insurance and paid full 12mo. $1300.00 with new insurance coverage, from a different CO. Also I need to add that I drive an average of 60 miles weekly/ 2000 miles yearly"

"We placed a claim for roof damage over 18 months ago, directly to Statefarm (not through the Zelem-insurance office).  The process should have been pretty straightforward, but the corporate claims adjusters assigned to us were really difficult to work with.  Despite all the evidence presented, by two different roofing contractors, they just kept insisting that the roof could be repaired without impacting the property value (imagine patches of dark grey shingles scattered across a very old and faded light grey roof).  Finally, I came to my senses and asked Josh if there was anything he could do to help our cause.  I was pleased that he immediately agreed to make some calls to advocate for us, even with a disclaimer that he couldn't exactly guarantee anything. BUT wouldn't you know, WITHIN 24 HOURS(!) I received a call from the claims adjusters' supervisor, telling me that they had decided (after a tense call with Josh!) that it was appropriate to issue a full replacement!  Ever since that call, things have been moving much more smoothly --- we REALLY appreciate your help with this Josh!!!"
